Make Your own Roasted Marshmallow Kahlua Shots!
when you push your stick into the marshmallow do not go all the way through. if you do, your kahlua will drain out (duh moment, right?!)first, chill the kahlua, because we all know it tastes best ice cold.. the roast your marshmallow (the traditional way folks, really, who needs directions for that??) then slip the slightly crispy marshmallow off the oozing middle, eat the middle right away.
flip the toasted marshmallow upside down you have an instant shot glass. let it cool completely so the bottom will re-harden. some folks get a little too eager at this point and they pour the kahlua in too early.sorry folks, if you do that, your shot will melt and leak.
is it completely cooled? awesomesauce, now fill that edible shot glass with chilled kahlua, toast your camping buddies and enjoy!

ok, you have to toast these completely around, evenly, then let them cool just a moment or two before pulling off the exterior toasted “shell. Then place them down on a piece of wax or parchment paper, let them cool. Then Fill and drink.
It took us a few rounds before we figured out how it all works, lol -

if you find that method to be a bit more difficult than it sounds you can do it this way instead:use a pair of sharp scissors, cut out a small hole from the center of the marshmallow, use a couple sticks to hold it by the middle (chopstick style) to toast the marshmallow, let it cool slightly before filling with kahlua and baileys.

As I said in a previous post, I was going to do this on the next cookout with friends. We used skewers, soaked in water as you would for kabobs, pierced the marshmallows slightly and BAM! We were ready for shots…again…and…again…and…giggle
