2 uncooked pie crusts (homemade or bought)
cooked fruit or jam or preserves
roll out crusts into rectangular shape, spread with choice of filling. cover with second crust and cut into smaller rectangular shapes. crimp edges with a fork.
bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes and cool.
Flash freeze then wrap well with foil.
Thaw and serve or may be toasted to warm.
