      Mock Eggnog

      2 quarts cold milk… I use powdered skim…made up
      1 pkg. Instant French vanilla or vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)..

      I use sugar free
      ? cup sugar.. or to taste…….

      i use splenda….
      1 t. ground nutmeg
      1 t. vanilla extract
      1/8 t.

      salt, optional
      1 cup heavy whipping cream…. I use fat free 1/2 AND 12 it does not whip so i just stir it well…….
      additional nutmeg, optional

      in a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Beat
      in the sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and salt, if desired. In another mixing bowl,
      beat cream until thickened, about 3 minutes.

      Stir into pudding mixture.
      Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Makes
      about 2 ?

      quarts.
