Margarine 1/2 instant powdered milk 1 1/2 cup Safflower oil (other oils may be used as well) 2/3 cup water with a little yellow coloring (Turmeric powder)
Reconstitute the instant powdered milk by adding it to the water. Whisk in an electric blender at a slow speed adding the oil at little at a time (important) if the mixture is still too soft add more skim
