LissMYO: Ice Packs
2 cups water
1/3 cup (80%) alcohol – rubbing alcohol, vodka, etcVacuum Seal Bag or Ziploc Bag
Combine ingredients in a vacuum seal or Zip lock baggie.
If vacuum seal bag, place in mug or bowl & freeze, then vacuum seal.Otherwise, just seal & freeze & then double bag.
The alcohol keeps it from freezing solid and creates a gel-like ice
pack which is great for boo-boos or keeping things cold in your picniccooler.
