Headaches and Migraines can be a constant source of aggravation. Here is one of my favorite, simple home remedies that usually works quickly to alleviate tension headaches.
You’ll Need: 3 Fresh Mint Leaves 1/2 Cucumber, Sliced Thinly 1/2 Lemon, Juiced 1 c. Fresh Spring Water (not city water)
Combine all of the ingredients into a tall glass, let it set a few minutes for the flavors to combine and then enjoy.
