SERVES 4 , 32 Ounces
Ingredients:
2 cups juice, your choice
2 teaspoons sugar, depending on sweetness of juice (optional)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
Refrigerate.

.5 tsp Morton Lite salt (2.8 grams)
1 package of unsweetened Coolade mix for flavor

Recipe 21/2 cup orange juice or 2 tbs. of lemon juice
9 tbs. Sugar
Water to 2 liters
The corresponding composition is:
104 mg sodium
28.4 mg Potassium
