I have 2 measurements from different sources. I prefer the first one the best. I
use it all the time to make Buttermilk Pancakes! 🙂1 Cup of Milk + 1 TB Vinegar = 1 Cup Buttermilk1 Cup of Milk + 1 Tsp Vinegar = 1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Plain Yogurt can be used as an alternative as well.
