  blonde hair brightener
  
  2 cups white vinegar
  
  2 cups water
  
  1/4 cup lemon juice
  
  1/4 cup chamomile flowers
  
  Combine ingredients in a glass or enamel pan and boil for 15 minutes.
  
  Strain cool and store in a tightly capped bottle.
  
  After shampooing, pour 1/2 cup over the hair, then rinse.
