1/2 C. orange juice
1/2 C. raisins
1/4 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. white vinegar
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. grated orange peel
2 T. catsup
2 T. chili sauce
Over medium heat bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes,
blend all in blender or processor until smooth. Use as you would any
steak sauce. Refrigerate.
