      My Favorite Smoothies for One
      The basic ingredient:
      3 tbs plain or vanilla yogurt
      1 cup ice cubes
      1/2 cup chopped apples, bananas cherries, dates, kiwi (or use your favorite fruit!)
      Dump all into a blender and add enough skim milk to cover ingredients. Add one packet of Splenda — depending on your sweet tooth…and blend until ingredients reach desired consistency. Depending on the added fruits, can be a smoothie for one or two;-D
      Smile, its spring!
