1lb ground turkey
1 family sized can pinto beans ( don’t drain)
1 can chili beans ( don’t drain)
1 can corn whole ( don’t drain)
2 cans diced tomatoes ( don’t drain)
1 can tomato paste
2 cups water
1 pkg taco seasoningServe alone or topped with MYO sour cream, shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips or onion. Whatever you have leftover
Have leftovers? firm & stretch by adding another can of pinto beans [mash some until firmer] & using it to make burritos or tacos.
2 can cream whatever
2 soup can rice (white or whatever you have)
2 soup can milk/water (I tend to use 3 cups of water as the baby drinks milk still)
You might want to add the extra water as it comes out really sticky if not. if unsure of
your crockpots temps just add 1/2 or just follow recipe. =) No Worries
Chicken or porkchops put as many pieces as you need
Mix first 3 together in crockpot.
Top with meat
Season to taste
Cook on low 6-8 hrsTues-6/13
Prospectors Stew *converted from crockpot to oven

making it mine-
Red Potatoes (I used 3 per adult 2 per child and chunked them up)
1 package of Kielbasa I used 1 package of the ones with the 2 in 1 package
2 cans of green beans
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk/waterI layered in a big casserole dish as listed above
and cooked at 300 for 45 mins.
I also cooked some elbow noodles on the stove top
I put it on the bottom of the plate before plating the casserole and they loved it.
It was an easy way to stretch it out alittle more without adding anymore flavor.
