Mushroom and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffing
1/4 cup butter
6 oz crimini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1.75 cup chicken broth
12-oz pkg Stove Top Signature Stuffing
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tbs thyme
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, celery, and onions. Cook and stir 3-5 min until crisp tender.
Stir in broth.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Stir just until stuffing mix is moistened.
Spoon into greased 8-in baking pan.
Bake 30 min, uncovering the last 15 min. Serves 8
