Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, celery, and onions. Cook and stir 3-5 min until crisp tender. Stir in broth.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Spoon into greased 8-in baking pan. Bake 30 min, uncovering the last 15 min. Serves 8
