To get a birth certificate, go online to your state or city website you can find the info for the county recorder/vital stats office. Most certificates can be ordered online and you get them within 2 weeks. You fill out the order and pay online than print of an affidavit and fax it to them with your notarized signature.
I had to do this for my hubby birth certificate. He was born in ca and we live in id. after faxing the form, we had the birth certificate within the week.teri woods
