Moscow Mule
2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
8 oz ginger beer (or enough to top off a highball glass)
Garnish: lime wedgePour the vodka and lime juice into a highball glass with ice cubes.
Top off with the ginger beer.
Garnish with the lime wedge.
If traditional route is preferred, serve the Moscow Mule in a copper mug. Makes one drink
