1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 soy sauce
4 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Seasoning
2 lbs boneless beef sirloin or New York strip steaksMix oil, soy sauce & Steak Seasoning in small bowl. Place steak in large ziploc or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness
