Hi Everyone,
I’m leaving the entire message below intact. We moderators make
mistakes too, and this is proof of the pudding! lol Nevertheless,
since we did make this mistake, it’s an opportune time to teach our
new members about what will get your message rejected. This is one
of those “snip your post” messages! We should have rejected the
post for snipping. The message was great, and the quoted prior
message was fine too because that was short. I have this sick sick
feeling that I’m the guilty one here. I forgot to look at the entire
message. (1000 lashes with those spaghetti noodles again–cooked,
please!) Look *all* the way down at the bottom of this message, and
you’ll find our Budget101_ huge trailer. I’ve removed the poster’s
name and addy because it could have been anyone’s post. I’m not
trying to single out a particular poster, but rather a message that
managed to slip by tired eyes.
quote below, you still need to look below that quote to be sure the
trailer isn’t in like this one had.I blew it. Most of you are doing a great job in remembering to
clean up these posts to the list, and hats off to all of you for
your effort! From time to time, each of us forget–even the
moderators. We’re all human. 🙂 If you get a rejection notice
on a post, now you can see the trailer (hopefully, you’re all reading
this! lol) that needs to be snipped. Again, probably my bad, but if
it teaches anyone what we’re talking about with snipping your
messages, then perhaps I can pick up this guilty head of mine again!
lolWarmly,
Michelle (Broome County, New York)
