Apple, Cinnamon, Walnut Oatmeal Mix

1 7 oz package dried apples
1 18 oz. container quick-cooking oats
1 3 oz. jar non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup brown sugar; firmly-packed
1/2 cup walnuts; chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:

Chop dried apples (I Toss them in a blender and use the chop button a few
seconds at a time). Blend remaining ingredients.

Attach to Jar:

Apple Cinnamon, Walnut Oatmeal Pancakes
1/2 cups mix
Stir 2/3 cup boiling water into 1/2 cup oatmeal mix until well blended. Let
stand until thickened.
