      I would definitely start out by putting as much as

      needed into an emergency fund – preferably 3-6 months

      worth of expenses should be covered.

      I would then put some aside for a nice vacation –

      something filled with family fun.

      If there’s any money left, it should go into the

      IRA’s.

      If you still have money left, I would put it in a

      savings account to use for unexpected expenses, or to

      beef up your Christmas/car/whatever funds.
