3 1/2 oz pepperoni (quartered) 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded) 1 tomato chopped 1 sm. onion chopped 3/4 cup mayo 1 tsp. dried basil 2 (10 oz) tubes refrigerated Biscuits
Heat oven to 350 degrease. In bowl, combine all ingrdients except biscuits. Cut biscuts in half and place each half into greased mini muffin cups, pressing gently to fit cups. Spoon 1 TBSP. filling into each. Bake 20-25 mins. Makes about 40.
Notes: The biscuits will fit better if you squish them flat first.
