Mini Black Forest Tartlets
4-oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate
1-1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 tsp rum extract
1.9-oz pkg frozen mini phyllo shells
15 maraschino cherries, drained
Microwave chocolate and 1 cup whipped topping in microwaveable bowl on high 2 to 2-1/2 min or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in extract. Refrigerate until cooled.
Meanwhile, heat phyllo shells as directed on package. Cool.
Fill phyllo shells with chocolate mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping and cherries. Refrigerate10 min. Makes 15
