      Mexican Coating Mix–low fat

      1 1/2 cups All-Around Coating Mix

      1/2 teaspoon garlic powder—NOT garlic salt

      1/2 teaspoon onion powder–NOT onion salt

      1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

      1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

      Mix all together….

      Serving size: 1 cup

      Calories: 395 per cup

      Fat: 5 grams

      Great on Chix or Pork
