Mexican Casserole…please Mom!

  3 c. Cooked White Rice ($.15)
  1 lb. Ground Turkey, cooked ($2.35)
  1 qt.
  
  Homemade Chunky Chili Sauce (free)
  or
  1 24-32 oz jar (medium or hot)Salsa ($1.50)
  1 c. Shredded Cheddar ($.75)
  
  In 9″x13″ casserole dish, combine first three ingredients, top with cheese. Bake in 375 oven until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
