1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbs margarine
1 can refried beans
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can mexicorn, drained
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 tbs taco sauce
1 bunch green onions
1.) In medium pot, saute onion in margarine over medium heat until tender. Stir in beans, cheese & corn, stirring until cheese is melted. Add garlic & taco sauce.
2.) Pour into serving bowl. Top with green onion slices.
