      Mexicali Salad
      4 cups leftover pasta
      15.5-oz can black beans, rinsed
      1 cup leftover corn
      1/2 cup chopped red peppers
      2 green onions, thinly sliced
      1/2 cup ranch dressing
      1 tbs taco seasoning
      1 tbs lime juice
      1/2 cup shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
      1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
      Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.Mix dressing, seasoning mix and lime juice until blended. Add to salad. Toss until evenly coated.
      Add cheese and cilantro.

      Mix lightly.
