1 cup brown sugar (or white sugar) 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup plain or rice flour 2 eggs 1 can pecans
Stir eggs, sugar, butter together. Add flour & pecans. Stir well by hand.
Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes if using larger muffin pans or bake for 15-20 minutes if using mini-muffin pans. Makes 36 mini-muffins.
