* 1 pack of herb and garlic soup mix * 2 pounds of potatoes * 1 cup bread crumbs, plain * 1/3 cup of butter, melted
Heat Oven to 400F
Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges (lengthwise). Don’t bother to peel them! In a large bowl combine soup mix & bread crumbs, mixing well. Put the wedges in a large ziploc bag,pour the melted butter over them, seal the bag and palpate it to thoroughly coat each potato wedge. Dump the wedges in the the soup crumb mix to coat evenly. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray and place the coated potatoes in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes, remove from oven, flip the wedges, return to oven and bake another 20 minutes.
