I had to add this since I love folk remedies, and will try pretty much all of them. If they worked for my ancestors, they will work for me too!
A while ago I had this aggravating wart on my thumb. I read somewhere online (101 uses for vinegar I think) to put apple cider vinegar on your wart and wrap a band-aid on it.
Well I improvised since I didn’t have any band-aids, and used a cotton ball dabbed in vinegar and wrapped a piece of tape around my thumb. The next morning, my thumb was pickled (lol) but as it dried over the day, I saw where the seed of the wart had turned black. The following day, I was able to take a pair of tweezers and remove the seed painlessly.
Pennies for cotton, tape, and apple cider vinegar beat the heck outta over the counter remedies any day!
