      This can be prepared indoors when it’s cold or rainy or outdoors on the grill!  Enjoy two ways;-D


      1 1/4 lb lean ground beef, 90/10 fat ratio
      1 tsp salt
      1/2 tsp pepper
      1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
      2 tsp dried oregano
      1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
      1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
      Pizza toppings of choice

      Oven Method:

      Preheat oven to 375°.

      Mix the meat, salt, and spices together in a bowl and spread the mixture out on a baking sheet with sides such as a jelly roll pan. The meat should be spread thin, but without holes. It doesn’t have to reach the edges of the baking sheet and can make it rectangular, round, or oval.

      Bake for about 10 min. Carefully pour off the grease. Cover the meat with pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and preferred pizza toppings and bake for another 3 to 5 min, until the cheese is melted.

      Grill Method:

      Preheat grill to medium-high heat. A grilling tray with holes is needed, sometimes called a vegetable grilling sheet or grill grid, as well as a baking sheet since the meat can’t be spread directly on the grilling tray or it will squish down into the holes.

      Mix the meat, salt, and spices together in a bowl. Oil the baking sheet, spread the meat on it—making sure the crust is going to fit onto the grilling tray—and flip the meat onto the grill sheet.

      Grill the meat until it’s brown around the edges. Spoon on the sauce, cheese, and toppings, but leave about 2 inches around the edge for the cheese to melt into, close the grill lid, and cook for 2 to 5 min, checking every minute or so, until the cheese is melted.  Serves 4
