      I use this simple recipe for meatloaf and everyone loves it.

      1-2 pounds of ground beef

      1 8oz block of cream cheese for every 1 pound of meat

      1 egg for every 1 pound of meat

      1 packet either onion or vegetable dry soup mix per 1 1/2 pounds of meat

      Let the cream cheese soften up either on the counter or in the microwave then mix everything together. (By hand works best and kids LOVE to help) Bake for about 45 min at 400 degrees or until you see the top start to get slightly browned.
