I’ve just posted a savory pot roast mix that may be somewhat comparable to what you’re looking for. Hope it helps.

      2 onions
      8 carrots
      4 medium yellow potatoes
      3 pounds chuck roast
      4 tablespoons olive oil

      1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
      2 teaspoons black pepper
      2 teaspoons garlic powder
      1 teaspoon onion powder
      ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
      2 bay leaves
      1 teaspoon dried rosemary
      1 teaspoon dried thyme

3 cups beef broth (you can use beef boullion if you want to make a complete Make ahead mix, then just add water).

Rub the oil over the roast and place it in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the seasonings over the meat and pour the broth over the top. Add the onions, in a few hours add the potatoes and carrots.

Another well known Copycat recipe for McCormicks Pot Roast seasoning utilizes 3 prepared mixes:

      1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 pkg dried Italian seasoning dressing mix
      1 pkg ranch dressing mix

Combine the contents of each of the packages together in a mason jar or other covered container.

Add 4 TBSP Mix with 1/2 cup water and 4-5 lb pot roast when ready to use.
