      Breakfast:

      Sunday – caramel pretzel cashew protein bar and mandarin orange
      Monday – cinnamon rolls and mandarin orange
      Tuesday – hardboiled egg sandwich on toast
      Wednesday – maple and brown sugar oatmeal with blackberries
      Thursday – Oats and Honey Cheerios with milk and bananas
      Friday – pb&j toast
      Saturday – carrot egg salad on toast
