I take raw broccoli,cauliflower, carrots, green
onions, green and red peppers, cukes, whatever I’ve
got at the time, add a box of cooked angel hair pasta
and dump a bottle of italian salad dressing over all
of it, put a lid on the bowl, and shake it to mix.
Sometimes I add chopped pepperoni or ham or ckn, but I
actually prefer it without the meat. Best part is,
using whole wheat pasta and FF dressing, it’s almost a
“free” food.
