KeymasterMarshmallow Pie Mix in a Jar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
TOP:
16 large marshmallows
chocolate coating:
1/2 cup chocolate chipsLayer the first 5 ingredients. Place marshmallows into a
ziplock
bag & Add to top. Place chocolate chips into ziplock bag &
place
on top of marshmallow bag.Marshmallow Pie Cookies
To Make: Remove Marshmallows & Choc. Chips. Dump Ingredientsof jar into a mixing bowl and add the following:
1/4 c. (1/2 of 1 stick) very soft butter or margarine
1 egg
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. vanillaMix well & Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
(Makes
exactly 16 cookies)Bake at 350 7-9 minutes; Remove from oven and immediately
press a marshmallow into the top of each cookie
Return to the oven for 2-4 more minutes
In the meantime, combine chocolate chips & 1 tsp. oil in a
coffee
mug & Microwave 45 seconds or until completely melted. Watchcarefully so it doesn’t burn. As soon as Marshmallow Pies
are
ready, remove from oven and spoon melted chocolate over
each.
MAKES 16
