      March Madness: Game-Day BBQ Meatballs

      2 lb ground beef
      1 cup stuffing mix for chicken
      2 eggs
      18-oz bottle barbecue sauce

      Heat oven to 375º.

      1. Mix first 3 ingredients just until blended.  Shape into 36 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
      2. Place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
      3. Bake 15 to 18 min or until done.
      4. Combine meatballs and barbecue sauce in large saucepan.  Cook on medium heat 5 min or until heated through, stirring frequently.
