Zesty Garlic Cheeseburgers
1 lb extra-lean (96% lean) ground beef
1/3 cup Mrs. Dash Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade
4 thin slices (2 Oz. total) provolone cheese
4 large tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves
4 multigrain buns
1/4 cup Zippy Aioli
Crumble the ground beef into a large bowl. Add the Mrs. Dash® Zesty
Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade to the meat and work through the meat
well using a large spoon. Form 4 equal hamburger patties pressing
firmly between sheets of wax paper to prevent breakage once cooked.
Cover and place the burgers in the refrigerator. Allow to “marinate”
for 10 minutes or up to 12 hours.
While the meat marinates, prepare the aioli, if desired.
Prepare grill as necessary for high heat. Grill the burgers to
desired doneness, about 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium. Grill
the sandwich rolls, if desired. In the last minute of grilling, cover
each hamburger with the cheese. Close the grill to melt the cheese.
Serve immediately on rolls with lettuce, tomato and Zippy Aioli.
Zippy Aioli: 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash®
Zesty Garlic Herb 10 Minute Marinade In a small bowl, stir together
the mayonnaise and Marinade. Cover and refrigerate until ready to
use, up to 2 days.

Lemon New Potato Salad
1 lb medium red potatoes
4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced sweet red peppers
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling water 12-15 minutes, until
tender. Drain and rinse potatoes in cold water.
Meanwhile, combine Mrs. Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10- Minute
Marinade, yogurt, and relish and in a small bowl.
Combine cooled potatoes, celery, and red peppers in a large bowl.
Add Mrs. Dash Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10- Minute Marinade, yogurt,
relish and parsley and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight or until
ready to serve. (May be prepared a day in advance).

Southwestern Shrimp Kabobs
1 pound (454g) large shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
8 large cherry tomatoes
8 scallions, bulb and 2″ (5cm.) of greens
1/4 cup (60mL) Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle 10 Minute Marinade
Thread 4 skewers evenly with shrimp, tomatoes, and scallions.
Pour Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle 10 Minute Marinade over kabobs,
let sit for 10 minutes.
Grill in preheated grill approximately 3 minutes, turn, grill another
2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink, basting with additional Mrs. Dash
10 Minute Marinade, if desired.
