Make Ahead Easy BreakFast Ideas

  Our family loves my McMom sandwiches for when we need a portable
  breakfast that will stick with you for a road trip….can’t count how
  many family trips have started with this one.
  
  fried egg
  slice of cheese
  slice of ham — thin
  2 slices of bread…….make like a grilled cheese sand
  
  Also, I make mega-batches of all sorts of muffins and freeze them.
  (couldn’t live w/o my freezer!) We microwave one at a time for
  whenever we need one. I make several kinds so we can have a change of
  flavors each day, or fit preferences a bit.
