Instant oatmeal! It’s all we have time for here. Not only does it taste great, but it’s fortified.
My youngest daughter is anaemic and her Dr. told her to eat regular instant oatmeal, glass of orange juice, glass of milk every morning. She throws some dried fruit in it, teaspoon of honey and it keeps her going fine until lunch. My husband takes it to work with him and has it as his morning snack and afternoon snack.
Yummy and easy!
