Have to say it was fun. However I can’t get the gel to brake down and have no suds. Did I do something wrong??

Regardless of the recipe, you will not see “suds”. The suds you see in regular detergent is actually caused by a chemical additive because people often equate Suds with effective washing, which really isn’t the case – suds don’t do anything besides make you feel like it’s cleaning.
