Low-fat Dip

      2 cups (16oz) plain low-fat yogurt
      1 bunch green onions, chopped
      1/2 tsp dill weed
      1/4 tsp garlic powder
      Tabasco sauce

      Mix all in a bowl or blender, using as much Tabasco as desired. Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with raw veggies, or use as a topping for baked potatoes.

      Makes 2 cups
