We’ve had a ymca membership for years now, but we have not actually been to the gum in a few months. i figured why pay if we don’t go, so i thought about canceling it. a novel idea, canceling your gym membership to get healthy?
i have a treadmill, i run outdoors, i have weights and exercise tools at home. i could take classes and my kids love the pool (may-november here in fl) but should i stay a member just for those things? i’m trying to get below 200lbs.
