Hi. I am a vegetarian. I love eating baked and boiled/microwave potatoes.
Its cheap and delicious. I also go to the vegetable stands and buy a pile of veggies which I steam in a colander and then add teriyaki on the veggies over a bed of pasta or noodles. My hubby is a meat eater so we are constantly looking for meals we both agree on.Make big salads and toss in potluck cassaroles.
That makes a savings as well.
