      hi, marie

i usually make my breakfast drinks with whey powder, milk, small

amount of nestle quik powder, and a little bit of ice to make mine. i

have different flavors of whey that i use depending on my mood. i

also sneak in some veggies and frozen fruits in if i have the time. i

buy my whey powder from http://www.nutritionexpress.com i have found that

fitness labs wheyfit powder to be a lot less expensive than gnc and

      other brands. hope this helps.

At camp, put water in a cup and stir in contents of bag.

“Use this instant breakfast when you are camping. Make up a bunch

of bags in advance. And at home, you can mix this up to use in place

      of other instant breakfast products.”
