Thank you for your interest in ordering a bulk shipment (20 or more) of the livestrong survivorship notebook from the laf.

the notebooks are free of charge. in addition beginning october 7, 2008 until Monday, December 15, 2008, you will receive free ground shipping on 20 or more notebooks for orders shipped within the United States. **

Orders are placed and are sent 10 per box. Each box weighs approx 40 lbs and measures approximately 10″ x 10″ x 12″. You may request up to 200 notebooks per request during this promotion.

Cancer Treatment, This sounds like a really nice Notebook. I kept a journal when I was caring for my own Father w/cancer. The daily chores can take a toll on anyone.

With the meds and treatment appointments. I ordered some for the local cancer cancer center here.

I cant find it either, I typed in at the top “free notebook” and it gave me info on it but wouldnt let me order any….anyone else know???

I know they had a thing on it yesterday saying it may take longer than the 3 to 5 days to ship because they were getting so many requests, so maybe they took it down to catch up. Glad I got mine in yesterday, took a while to get the email saying I had ordered them but it finally came. I know my boyfriends mom is really looking forward to these for her support group
