1 envelope Lipton’s Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix 3 Tbs Bertolli Oilive oil 2 Tbs Water 1 Tbs white wine vinegar (optional) 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb) chicken, cut into serving pieces 1 large onion, cut into 8 wedges 1 large tomato, cut into 8 wedges
1.) Preheat oven to 425. In small bowl, blend soup mix, oil, water & vinegar. 2.) In bottom of broiler pan without wrack, arrange chicken, onion & tomato. Evenly pour soup mixture over chicken & veggies. 3.) Roast 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
