1/4 cup margarine or butter 1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix 1 1/2 cups milk 8 oz linguine or spaghetti, cooked & drained 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 1 oz)
1.) In medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat & stir in soup mix & milk. Bring just to a boil over high heat. 2.) Reduce heat to low & simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Toss hot linguine with sauce & Parmesan.
