4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lbs) 1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix 1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes, undrained or 1 large tomato, chopped 1 Tbs olive oil 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 oz) 1.) Preheat oven to 375. In 13×9 baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken. Pour soup mix blended with tomatoes and olive oil over chicken. 2.) Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 3.) Sprinkle with mozzarella & bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
