Ingredients:
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cup evaporated Milk
15 ounces canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream
Directions:
Beat pudding and evaporated milk according to package directions in large bowl; chill for 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; mix well. Spoon into dessert dishes.
Chill for 10 minutes. Top with whipped cream before serving.
