Use for seasoning in cooking
beans or making split pea soup
Dice for a chef’s salad, omelet or add to some cheesy scalloped
potatoes for a tasty casserole
Cheddar cheese, broccoli and rice casserole with ham added is good also
On a lighter note, simmer some veggies like carrots, pea pods, etc. in
bouillon and add some small cubes of ham.
If nothing sounds appealing at the moment, you can always wrap tightly
and stick in the freezer for use later.
