      I am new to this forum. My daughter found the budget 101 website and called me to tell me about it.

      I make rice pudding from leftover rice. I also put all of my veggies (except cream style corn and spinach) in a large bowl with a lid and freeze them. When I get ready to make stew I thaw out a pound of hamburger meat and cook it with a cut up onion.

      I then drain the meat and onion and add it to the thawed out veggies to make hamburger stew. I have also put left over rice and macaroni and tomatoes in it. If I have enough stew left over I will make sheppard pie with it.

      I will heat the stew either on the stove or in the microwave, then put it in a baking dish. I add left over instant mashed potatoes or make mashed potatoes and add them on top and slices of cheese; then heat it in the oven til the cheese is melted.
